Overview

At Maui CBD, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. Because we work directly with wholesale retail partners, we have established the following exchange policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties.

Maui CBD is a brand of Maui Superherbs LLC. All wholesale orders, exchanges, and returns are handled by Happy Hawaiian Herbalist LLC as the exclusive distributor on behalf of Maui Superherbs LLC.

Please note that all wholesale orders are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds on wholesale orders. This policy applies to all authorized wholesale accounts.

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the date the order was received

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition — not marked, stickered, relabeled, or altered in any way

  • The product has not been displayed, sampled, or placed on a retail shelf

  • Exchanges that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us directly at [email protected] or 808.303.8480 within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your exchange request must include:

  • Your business name and order number

  • The product name and quantity you are requesting to exchange

  • The reason for the exchange request

  • Photo documentation of the product in its current condition

  • We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with authorization and return instructions. Do not ship the product back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

Return Shipping

For standard exchanges, the wholesale partner is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

For exchanges resulting from a verified product defect or shipping damage on our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping and prioritize your replacement order.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product has a quality issue, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A description of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Verified damage or defect claims will be resolved with a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you. We do not require the return of damaged products in most cases, but we reserve the right to request a return for quality control purposes.

Final Sale Items

All discounted, promotional, and sample orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. However, if a final sale item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photo documentation and your order number. Verified defects on final sale items will be resolved with a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product in our facility

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy

This policy applies exclusively to authorized wholesale accounts and does not apply to retail consumer purchases

Maui CBD reserves the right to update this policy at any time with reasonable notice to active wholesale partners
