Maui CBD is a brand of Maui Superherbs LLC, exclusively distributed by Happy Hawaiian Herbalist LLC.
All wholesale orders are shipped from our facility in Maui, Hawaii. By placing a wholesale order with Maui CBD Botanicals, you agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.
Shipping Costs
Wholesale partners are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination and will be reflected in your invoice prior to payment.
We offer the following shipping structure:
Orders under $999 — full shipping cost charged
Orders between $1000 and $1299 — partial shipping cost charged, calculated based on destination. You will be notified of the shipping cost on your invoice prior to payment.
Orders over $1300 — complimentary shipping
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx depending on order size, weight, and destination. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for each shipment. If you have a carrier preference, please note it at the time of ordering, and we will accommodate it where possible.
Processing Time
All wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days of receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
We are a small-batch artisan botanical operation, and we take care to ensure every order is prepared to the highest quality standards before shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination. As we ship from Maui, Hawaii, please allow additional transit time for mainland US deliveries:
Hawaii — 2 to 4 business days
Mainland US — 4 to 10 business days
While these estimates provide a helpful guideline, unexpected factors like carrier issues or weather can occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you along the way at Happy Hawaiian Herbalist.
Order Tracking
All wholesale orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 3 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Address
It is the wholesale partner's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of ordering. Maui CBD is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the wholesale partner. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders returned due to address errors.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photos of the damaged product and packaging, along with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.

International Shipping
Maui CBD currently ships only within the United States and does not offer international wholesale shipping.
